Culinary Science

Culinary Science is the Science or Art of Cooking. In this course, campers will make a variety of culinary delights. You will grind wheat to make flour and then use that flour to make pancakes, cookies, cakes or bread. 

Culinary Science is just one of over 30 courses offered at Cub Creek Science Camp. Campers choose two courses for each week they are at camp.

The classes include:

  1. Pancakes and Breads using freshly ground wheat
  2. Butter, Jams and Jellies
  3. Baked Alaska (baked ice cream – Yum)
  4. Fruit Salad 
  5. Cake Decorating
